Below are several photos of my most recent indoor hydroponics crop of lettuce!
I began harvesting this crop at around day 22 and matured fully after 30 days.
My indoor shelving is 48" long x 19" deep. I use 4ft Long T8 Bulbs.
These are simply Phillips Alto Series (5000K to 6500K Temp) & simple shop fixture!
Seeds are under lights 24 x 7 for the first 10 to 12 days - 3" high from plant.
Then move them to next shelf for 18 hours of light and you can go 4"-6" away.
You can grow most leafy greens all year round.
